RSS is a disability, mental health and youth support service organisation located in the heart of Rockhampton City. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life through respectful, compassionate, and innovative support to our team members and those we serve, facilitated by steadfast teamwork and authentic connections bound by a shared purpose. We are dedicated to offering practical, person-centred care and support characterised by professionalism, reliability, kindness, acceptance, transparency, and a deep commitment to genuinely enriching the lives of both our team and the individuals in our care.
Our services range from in-home support, to community support, respite and emergency respite support, (SIL) supported independent living accomodation, also assistance with managing appointments and developing life skills.

Yes, our services are highly flexible. We offer sleepovers and short-term assistance, available either at short notice or by prior arrangement. At RSS, we strive to accommodate your needs whenever the service is required.
We can help you with the paperwork required to apply for NDIS support. Our NDIS team will review your application and examine the details of your NDIS plan, including what has been approved in your support plan, to determine your eligibility.
